Having gone through a total physical rehabilitation following a pelvic trauma during the birth of my son. I developed what is now my signature program that is based on core stability, spinal alignment, yoga, chakra work, the breath and yin/yang balance and the power of the visualising mind. And to add to that, it also has 3 decades of Dance knowledge tied to it. As forceful and inevitable as my pelvic injury may have been, this intense loss of equilibrium served as catalyst for me to stand still, find centre within and arouse that grit to redesign the physical body from scratch. Healing the aftermath showed me the intense phenomena of resilient mental visions, drive and will power has turned this experience into the initial sheer driving force behind my work.
